This 9x12 synthetic polypropelne rug turned out great! This rug was pretty dingy looking as well as smelly with pet odor. We removed the build up of oil lipids from dogs laying on the rug. We thoroughly scrubbed the front and back and flushed everything out. Looks much brighter and smells fresh now!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brett and Kathy were responsive and professional from the start. I have two area rugs (8x10 and 9x12). They’ve had multiple animals on them (three large dogs and three cats), plus teenagers and two adults. They look brand new! I've had one of them since 2018, and the other since 2020, so they've got some years on them. I loved being able to drop them off over the weekend and then having Brett deliver them a week or so later when they were done. So convenient! From beginning to end, to results, to professionalism and responsiveness, I am 100% satisfied with The Rug Pit!
